The posting

Binnen onze afdeling Assembly heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je staat in voor het coördineren van de opmaak van de werkplanning op korte, middellange en lange termijn rekening houdende met capaciteit en kennis binnen de afdeling en dit waar nodig in samenspraak met de andere operationele afdelingen.
  • Je stuurt medewerkers en/of teambegeleiders aan binnen de afdeling die instaan voor het realiseren van een maximale veiligheid, productiviteit en kwaliteit en het behalen van de vooropgestelde afdelingsdoelstellingen.
  • Je waakt over de continue naleving van de veiligheidsnormen.
  • Het dagelijks opvolgen, coachen, motiveren, ontwikkelen en bijsturen van de medewerkers is één van jouw belangrijkste taken (inclusief het voeren van beoordelingsgesprekken).
  • Je draagt de visie en waarden van TE uit naar alle medewerkers.
  • Je onderneemt tijdig passende acties bij escalatie van problemen.
  • Je ondersteunt de implementatie van TEOA binnen de afdeling en volgt de verschillende KPI’s op en waakt mee over de naleving van de veiligheidsnormen binnen de afdeling.
  • Je ben verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen/organiseren van opleidingen (on-the-job training, VIK-scholingen, ...).
  • Je ondersteunt verbetervoorstellen van medewerkers in kader van optimalisatie van de afdeling en neemt ook zelf initiatieven die passen binnen de visie en doelstellingen van de plant.
  • Je bent een echte people coach, die graag mensen aanstuurt.
  • Je bent een goede communicator.
  • Je bent gestructureerd.
  • Je kan out of the box denken.
