Gestalten Sie die digitale Zukunft der biopharmazeutischen Produktion bei Novartis. Als Manufacturing System Expert PAS-X sind Sie ein zentraler Treiber moderner, datenbasierter Produktionsprozesse. Sie übersetzen komplexe biologische Herstellprozesse in stabile, GMP-konforme Manufacturing-Execution-Systeme-(MES-)Lösungen und arbeiten bereichsübergreifend mit Automatisierung, Produktion und Qualität zusammen. Ihr Beitrag ermöglicht die effiziente, sichere und qualitativ hochwertige Herstellung lebenswichtiger Medikamente.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

· Übertragung biologischer Herstellprozesse in robuste, regelkonforme MES-PAS-X-Lösungen zur Unterstützung der End-to-End-Produktion. · Konfiguration, Implementierung und Test von MES-PAS-X-Funktionalitäten, einschließlich Master Batch Records, Schnittstellen und Systemkontrollen. · Analyse von Systemabweichungen, Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Korrekturmaßnahmen im MES-PAS-X-Umfeld. · Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Automatisierung, Produktion sowie Prozess- und Qualitätsexpert:innen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung digitaler Fertigungsabläufe. · Erstellung, Pflege und Review von Lifecycle- und GMP-relevanter Dokumentation. · Sicherstellung einer stabilen und zuverlässigen MES-PAS-X-Performance im Routinebetrieb. · Schulung von Kolleg:innen aus Produktion und Qualität in der Nutzung von MES PAS-X. · Aktive Mitwirkung bei Behördeninspektionen, Audits und regelmäßigen Validierungsreviews als Expert:in.

Was Sie für die Position mitbringen

· Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung an einer HTL, FH oder Universität in IT, Automatisierung, Informatik oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich. · Erste Berufserfahrung in einer regulierten Industrie, beispielsweise Pharma, Biotech, Lebensmittel oder Medizintechnik, ist von Vorteil. · Erfahrung mit MES-Systemen, idealerweise PAS-X. · Fähigkeit, Produktions- und Geschäftsanforderungen in praktikable, nachhaltige Systemlösungen zu übersetzen. · Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Automatisierung, Produktion und Qualität. · Interesse an der Digitalisierung papierbasierter Prozesse. · Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten

· Kenntnisse in Digitalisierung und Operational Technology (OT). · GMP-Kenntnisse und Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen.
