Jobomschrijving

Als Martiem bediende vervul je een sleutelrol binnen onze organisatie. Onderstaande taken behoren tot jou pakket:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van de operationele activiteiten op locatie;
  • Dit omvat onder andere nominaties, operationele dossiers, facturatie, klachtenregistratie en -opvolging, alles beheerd via het terminalmanagementsysteem;
  • Samen met je team organiseer en optimaliseer je de planning van schepen, treinen en vrachtwagens;
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en onderhoudt de dagelijkse communicatie;
  • Je zorgt voor de juiste verwerking van (douane)documenten in de daarvoor bestemde registers;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse rapportage van terminalactiviteiten en voorraadbewaking via het terminalmanagementsysteem;
  • Je levert tijdige en correcte gegevens voor de facturatie van klanten en ondersteunt hiermee de boekhoudafdeling.

Als Martiem bediende beschik je over de onderstaande kwaliteiten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Je beschikt over ervaring binnen de logistiek en/of maritieme sector
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen teamwerk en zelfstandig werken, afhankelijk van de situatie;
  • Je communiceert helder, professioneel en doelgericht, zowel intern als met klanten;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit;
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgericht;
  • Je beschikt over sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden en behoudt het overzicht, zelfs in drukke periodes;
  • Je hebt een kritische blik en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen;
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en toont eigenaarschap in alles wat je doet;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans en andere talen zijn een hele mooie plus;
  • Ervaring in de logistieke sector en kennis van douane- en importdocumenten is een sterke pré, maar geen vereiste;
  • Je staat op voor een dag ploegen stelsel in de toekomst toe te passen aan de hand van een rotatie schema week om week. Je zal opstarten 6u/8u/10u/12u
