Job Introduction

Sinds 1964 zijn we een betrouwbare partner van de Belgische marine, met een team van 130 scheepswerktuigkundigen en maritieme specialisten. Vanuit Zeebrugge verzorgen we dagelijks onderhoud, geplande revisies en dringende reparaties voor de Belgische en Nederlandse marinevloten, met speciale aandacht voor mijnenjagers. Onze technici worden ook ingezet in binnen- en buitenland en passen zich aan aan vlootoperaties wereldwijd. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Maritiem Meet- en Regeltechnieker, om het team op onze site in Zeebrugge te versterken!

Key Responsibilities

Als Maritiem Meet- en Regeltechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, analyseren, kalibreren en herstellen van kritische meet-, regel- en controlesystemen aan boord van marineschepen en andere maritieme platformen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de operationele beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van essentiële installaties en geavanceerde elektronische systemen.

  • Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan maritieme meet-, regel- en controlesystemen.
  • Je analyseert en verhelpt complexe storingen in elektrische en elektronische installaties.
  • Je voert herstellingen uit op component- en printplaatniveau (PCB-level repair).
  • Je test, verifieert en valideert systemen na onderhoud of herstellingen.
  • Je werkt onder meer aan branddetectie, lekdetectie, drukbewaking, temperatuurmonitoring en alarm- en controlesystemen.
  • Je staat in voor werkzaamheden aan alternatoren en stroomopwekkingsinstallaties, stabilisatiesystemen, elektrische voortstuwingssystemen, spanningsomvormers en vermogenselektronica.
  • Je analyseert en herstelt meet- en regelsystemen voor kritische scheepstoepassingen.
  • Je voert troubleshooting uit op PCB-niveau en gebruikt gespecialiseerde systeem- en diagnosesoftware.
  • Je interpreteert elektrische en elektronische schema's, technische documentatie en meetrapporten.
  • Je maakt gebruik van geavanceerde meetapparatuur, waaronder oscilloscopen, spectrum analyzers en multimeters.
  • Je staat in voor de kalibratie, verificatie en certificatie van meetapparatuur.
  • Je voert nauwkeurigheidscontroles uit volgens de geldende normen en procedures.
  • Je herstelt meetinstrumentatie die wordt ingezet binnen de maritieme en defensieomgeving.
  • Je stelt technische rapporten en kalibratieverslagen op.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de veiligheid, kwaliteit en operationele inzetbaarheid van de maritieme installaties.
  • Bachelor Elektronica, Elektromechanica, Industriële Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in meet- en regeltechniek, industriële automatisering of maritieme technologie.
  • Ervaring met het troubleshooten van complexe elektrische en elektronische systemen.
  • Sterke kennis van elektriciteit en vermogenselektronica.
  • Goede kennis van elektronica en PCB-herstellingen.
  • Kennis van meet- en regeltechniek, sensoren en instrumentatie.
  • Kennis van elektrische aandrijvingen, diagnosesoftware en testomgevingen.
  • Ervaring met het kalibreren van meetinstrumenten is een belangrijke troef.
  • Kennis van maritieme systemen of defensietoepassingen is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan elektrische en elektronische schema's en technische documentatie lezen en interpreteren.
  • Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht.Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig tijdens kritische interventies.
  • Bereid om interventies uit te voeren aan boord van schepen en op diverse locaties.
