Headhuntersteam - Maritiem Projectmanager Bedrijfsprofiel Koninklijke Niestern Sander is een veelzijdige en innovatieve scheepswerf. De werf ontwerpt, bouwt en repareert schepen. Daarnaast is men gespecialiseerd in (vaak complexe) klantgerichte scheepsconversies. De organisatie is 100% Nederlands en beschikt over een eigen draaierij. Met ruim 100 jaar kennis en ervaring mag Koninklijke Niestern Sander zich tot één van de beste werven van Noord-Nederland rekenen. De locaties in het Groningse Farmsum en Eemshaven hebben een directe verbinding tot de Noordzee. Over de functie Ben jij een technisch projectmanager met een maritieme achtergrond? Dan is deze functie voor jou! Bij dit scheepswerf worden schepen gebouwd en gerepareerd, van complexe nieuwbouwprojecten tot snelle refits. Om deze projecten in goede banen te leiden zijn zij op zoek naar een projectmanager die het overzicht behoudt, de voortgang bewaakt en zorgt voor een positief financieel resultaat. In deze rol fungeer je als belangrijke schakel tussen klant en werkvloer. Je inventariseert de werkzaamheden aan de hand van de klantvraag, bereidt samen met de salesafdeling het project zorgvuldig voor en stemt af met de werkopnemer die tijdens de uitvoering de voortgang bewaakt. Daarnaast houd je regelmatig persoonlijk contact met de klant om de status van het project te bespreken en om ervoor te zorgen dat wensen en verwachtingen op elkaar afgestemd blijven. Je bent aanwezig op de werf en aan boord om gevoel te houden met de voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Tegelijkertijd bewaak je de projectplanning en overlegt met de supervisor over de inzet van mensen en middelen. Door scherp te sturen op tijd, kwaliteit en budget, lever je een project op dat technisch klopt én financieel rendabel is. Hierbij word je ondersteund door een projectcontroller.
