Start als Market IT Service Manager in Amsterdam! In deze rol verbind je de lokale organisatie, IT-infrastructuur en internationale richtlijnen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle IT-middelen optimaal worden ingezet en vertaalt global standaarden naar een perfect werkende lokale werkomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders zoals de IT Director Benelux, de Global IT Portfolio Manager en externe IT-leveranciers zoals Fujitsu. Je zorgt dat incidenten snel worden opgelost en dat medewerkers optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van hun hard- en software. Daarbij speel je een sleutelrol in de migratie van applicaties naar global preferences en het bewaken van de IT-security binnen een organisatie die stuurt op kwaliteit, compliance en professionaliteit. Je werkzaamheden: - Beheren van de lokale IT-infrastructuur en het coördineren van werkzaamheden met de externe leverancier Fujitsu. - Uitvoeren en bewaken van het IT-securitybeleid en het accuraat beheren van gebruikersrechten. - Volledig inrichten van de standaard werkplek en het proactief instrueren en informeren van eindgebruikers. - Monitoren van de voortgang van IT-servicetickets en het verzorgen van periodieke rapportages aan het management. Je gaat werken bij een internationale organisatie die zich kenmerkt door een ondersteunende cultuur waarin inspanning écht wordt gezien en gewaardeerd.
