&C is op zoek naar een Marketeer 1 juni 2026 om 12:00 Fotografie: Tom ten Seldam Door: Marketing Fulltime (40 uur) in Amsterdam (Centrum). De rol valt in het marketing team en je rapporteert aan Head of Marketing Heb jij zin om te bouwen aan een mooi merk door middel van het opzetten en uitvoeren van toffe marketingacties? Wil jij voor de leukste partners werken en met ons het liefst van de daken schreeuwen dat iedereen &C moet lezen, luisteren, zien en volgen? Houd je van analyseren en organiseren? Ben je woonachtig in (de omgeving van) Amsterdam, heb je 2 tot 7 jaar werkervaring en ben je fulltime beschikbaar? Dan is &C misschien zomaar jouw place to be! Jij bent als Marketeer verantwoordelijk voor de B2C-omzet en conversie van &C uit de eigen kanalen en middelen. Dit realiseer jij, samen met de tofste partners, door de aanwas van nieuwe abonnees en opt-ins. Eenmaal binnen, weet jij deze fans met leuke loyalty programma's en insights ook zo lang mogelijk te behouden. Via al onze mediakanalen weet jij met leuke en effectieve campagnes al deze mensen aan te spreken. Door jouw coördinatie en uitvoering komen alle marketingplannen tijdig en zo foutloos en effectief mogelijk tot uiting. Jouw belangrijkste KPI's hebben dan ook betrekking op de abonnee omzet en base, de nieuwsbrief base, de winstgevendheid van B2C partnerships en campagnes en de webshop winst. We zijn een compacte organisatie waarbij je van A tot Z betrokken bent. Je maakt plannen én voert ze uit. Heb je nieuwe ideeën? Leuk! Voor toffe nieuwe plannen is altijd ruimte. Alles in samenwerking met het team. Ook valt de Brand Marketing Stagiaire onder deze rol, door wie je operationeel ondersteunt wordt.
