Bij Dutch Crowd Security zoeken we een Marketeer die onze zichtbaarheid vergroot, onze merkidentiteit versterkt en employer branding naar een hoger niveau tilt. Dutch Crowd Security groeit hard en dat vraagt om een duidelijke boodschap, sterke branding en consistente zichtbaarheid in de markt. In deze rol krijg je dan ook de ruimte om te bouwen, te experimenteren en direct resultaat te zien van jouw werk. Geen logge marketingafdeling, maar korte lijnen, snelheid en veel verantwoordelijkheid. Dit is wat je doet: Als Marketeer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van onze contentstrategie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze doelgroep precies weet waar wij voor staan. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Contentcreatie en beheer : ontwikkelen en beheren van content voor TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn en Facebook. - Employer branding : versterken van ons werkgeversmerk en bijdragen aan het aantrekken van nieuw talent. - Contentstrategie : opstellen en bewaken van een duidelijke contentkalender en consistente tone of voice. - Website & nieuws : schrijven en publiceren van artikelen en updates op onze website. - Campagnes : meewerken aan online campagnes in samenwerking met HR en management. - Analyse en optimalisatie : monitoren van contentprestaties en verbeteren op basis van data en inzichten. - Visuele identiteit : bewaken van onze visuele stijl en merkuitstraling.
