En maak jij van een rommelige presentatie in Canva iets waar je trots op bent? Dan is deze tijdelijke functie bij EPAHS iets voor jou. EPAHS zoekt tijdelijk versterking voor 24 uur per week. Je zorgt dat onze marketing en communicatie gewoon doorlopen. Daarnaast til je onze presentaties en materialen naar een hoger niveau. Je start snel en pakt vanaf de eerste week zelfstandig je werk op. EPAHS is een organisatieadviesbureau uit Den Helder. Wij helpen MKB-bedrijven, zorginstellingen en gemeenten om effectiever, toekomstgerichter en duurzamer te werken. Dat doen we met onze eigen MIOO-aanpak, waarin Mens, Informatiemanagement, Organisatie en Ontwikkeling samenkomen. We werken mensgericht en direct, met korte lijnen en vertrouwen als basis. Wat ga je doen? Je bent de spil in onze zichtbaarheid. Je voert ons marketingplan uit en zorgt dat alles wat we naar buiten brengen klopt en er goed uitziet. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Content schrijven en plaatsen. Je schrijft LinkedIn-berichten en websiteteksten. Je plant ze in en houdt onze kanalen actief. - Marketingplan uitvoeren. Je pakt de geplande acties op, bewaakt de planning en houdt bij wat werkt. - Presentaties verbeteren in Canva. Je maakt onze presentaties strakker, consistenter en beter leesbaar. - Huisstijl bewaken en materialen ontwikkelen. Je zet documenten om naar onze huisstijl en zorgt dat alles wat we maken consistent is. Ook ontwerp je infographics, flyers, social visuals en templates. - Adviseurs ondersteunen. Je helpt collega's hun verhaal helder op papier en op het scherm te krijgen. Heb je tijd over? Dan neem je ook ondersteunende taken op je, zoals het plannen van afspraken en het bijhouden van ons CRM-systeem.
