Idealiter zoeken we iemand die 2 jobs combineert omdat je als marketeer of als content creator geen voltijdse job hebt bij avixi. We zoeken dus een beetje een duizendpoot die zin heeft in veel!

Als marketeer:

• Content schrijven/valideren/afstemmen

• SEO-aanbevelingen vertalen naar tekst

• Periodiek rapporteren

• Briefen en opvolgen van de SEO/SEA partner

Naast het digitale, willen we ook fysiek in de wereld van de zelfstandigen staan, waar je organisatieskills dan voor naar boven komen.

Als organisator:

avixi organiseert seminaries voor accountants in samenwerking met onafhankelijke sociale kantoren. Die events zijn het kloppend hart van onze partnerwerking en ze vragen een strakke organisatie achter de schermen. Jij bent die organisatie. Niet alleen voor events, maar voor alles wat de werking draaiende houdt. Dit gaat van de volledige organisatie van het event van a tot z, maar ook de administratie die hierbij komt kijken.

Wie zoeken wij?

We hebben een digitale basis die werkt. We zoeken iemand die de kwaliteit en consistentie van onze communicatie naar een volgend niveau tilt.

• Je schrijft vlot en helder, ook over complexe thema's als sociale zekerheid, fiscaliteit of zelfstandig ondernemen.

• Je begrijpt hoe SEO werkt en schrijft content die zowel leesbaar als vindbaar is.

• Je werkt zelfstandig op basis van een briefing en levert op afgesproken momenten.

• Ervaring in B2B-marketing of de financiële/juridische sector is een pluspunt.

Onze events lopen en de administratie staat. We zoeken iemand die dat strakker, vlotter en betrouwbaarder maakt zodat we op beide kunnen bouwen.

• Je bent van nature georganiseerd: plannen, bewaken en bijsturen doe je zonder dat iemand erom vraagt.

• Je communiceert vlot (zowel per mail, telefoon als in persoon) met leveranciers, partners en deelnemers.

• Je bent flexibel: avondevents horen erbij en vormen voor jou geen hinderpaal.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en discreet: je hebt toegang tot vertrouwelijke informatie en gaat er zorgvuldig mee om.

• Ervaring met eventorganisatie of office management is een pluspunt, attitude en werkmethode tellen meer.
