Krijg je energie van het versterken van klantrelaties, het analyseren van gedrag en het ontwikkelen van initiatieven die écht impact maken? Als Marketeer Retentie & Engagement zorg jij ervoor dat abonnees de waarde van hun abonnement blijven ervaren en verbonden blijven met onze journalistiek. Zo draag je direct bij aan het bereikbaar houden van onafhankelijke journalistiek en help je meebouwen aan sterke en relevante media. Als Marketeer Retentie & Engagement ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het deel van de klantreis dat start zodra iemand abonnee wordt. Je ontwikkelt en realiseert een multichannel strategie voor onboarding, activatie en retentie, waarbij je als projectleider of specialist richting geeft aan initiatieven die bijdragen aan hogere betrokkenheid, sterkere loyaliteit en een lager uitstroompercentage. Daarbij vertegenwoordig je de belangen van onze abonnees binnen de organisatie en vertaal je inzichten uit uitstroom-, engagement- en abonnementsdata naar concrete verbeteringen. Je analyseert abonneeontwikkelingen, signaleert kansen en zet deze om in effectieve campagnes, programma's en verbeterinitiatieven. Wanneer betrokkenheid afneemt, zorg jij voor gerichte retentieactiviteiten die de relatie met onze lezers versterken. Zo organiseer je bijvoorbeeld abonnee evenementen en loyaliteitsacties zoals exclusieve theateravonden. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen marketing, klantenservice en de uitgeverij om continu te bouwen aan een optimale klantbeleving. Dit wordt je plek.
