Jouw takenpakket als Marketing Assistant bestaat uit:

  • Je ontwikkelt print‑ en digitale marketingmaterialen, zoals informatiebladen, folders, visuals en promotioneel ondersteunend materiaal.
  • Je schrijft duidelijke B2B‑content, waaronder productargumenten, korte teksten en communicatie voor interne en externe partijen.
  • Je ondersteunt de uitvoering van promotiecampagnes, inclusief de opmaak van displays en het voorbereiden van kant‑en‑klare kits.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en consistentie van alle materialen en volgt productie en leveringen nauwkeurig op.
  • Je helpt occasioneel bij webinars en evenementen en zorgt voor een nauwgezette opvolging van projecten en deadlines.

Kortom een creatieve en operationele rol binnen marketing.

Over welke eigenschappen beschikt deze Marketing Assistant?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma op zak aangevuld met enkele jaren relevante werkervaring. Je werkte eerder als Marketing Assistant, Content Designer of Content Creator.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een vlotte kennis van het Frans. Daarnaast kan je jezelf ook behelpen in het Engels.
  • Je bent creatief, resultaatgericht en sterk in operationele marketing- én grafische productietaken.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen pharma, cosmetica of fashion sector. En je toont veel interesse in productmarketing, retail en apotheekomgevingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, denkt oplossingsgericht, communiceert sterk. Daarnaast ben je vertrouwd met digitale tools, Office en grafische software.
