Takenpakket

Als Marketing Assistant werk je nauw samen met de Marketing Manager (en je team) en zorg je ervoor dat marketingstrategieën vertaald worden naar concrete campagnes en succesvolle communicatieprojecten.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het uitwerken en coördineren van marketing- en communicatiecampagnes, van idee tot uitvoering.
  • Het ontwikkelen van sterke content voor verschillende kanalen, waaronder social media, e-mailmarketing, de website en salesmateriaal.
  • Het opstellen van communicatieplannen rond nieuwe productlanceringen en het bewaken van een consistente boodschap over alle kanalen heen.
  • Het beheren en optimaliseren van de website, CMS, e-mailplatformen en andere digitale marketingtools.
  • Het analyseren van campagneresultaten en vertalen van data naar concrete optimalisaties.
  • Het opvolgen van planningen, budgetten en de samenwerking met externe partners.
  • Het ondersteunen van employer branding, interne communicatie en onboardingprojecten.
  • Het actief meedenken over nieuwe ideeën, digitale trends en innovatieve marketinginitiatieven.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste marketeer die zowel creatief als organisatorisch sterk is.

  • Diploma: Bachelor of master in Marketing, Communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Ervaring: Je beschikt over minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring binnen een allround marketingfunctie. Als schoolverlater kom je helaas niet in aanmerking.
  • Talenkennis: zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, alsook een basiskennis Frans.
  • IT-kennis: Ervaring met CMS-systemen, e-mailmarketingtools en socialmediaplatformen. Kennis van AI-tools en analytics is een plus. Ervaring met Adobe Creative Cloud is mooi meegenomen.
  • Persoonlijkheidskenmerken: Je bent creatief én resultaatgericht. Je neemt initiatief en zet ideeën om in concrete acties. Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen enthousiast mee te nemen. Je werkt gestructureerd en bewaart gemakkelijk het overzicht over verschillende projecten. Je bent positief ingesteld en houdt ervan om samen met collega's resultaten neer te zetten.
