Marketing Automation Specialist NSC is een full service marketingbureau gevestigd in Naarden. We zijn merkenbouwers. Aanjagers van groei! In co-creatie met onze klanten ontwikkelen we een groeistrategie waarbij we communicatiekanalen inzetten die naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Dit doen wij voor klanten in verschillende branches, waarbij de financiële en cultuursector een zwaartepunt vormen. Voor ons groeiende bureau zoeken we een veelzijdige en resultaatgerichte Marketing Automation Specialist met een sterke technische basis, die zowel thuis is in de inrichting van een CRM als in het bedenken en bouwen van effectieve e-mailcampagnes en automations. - Locatie: Naarden - Uren per week: 32-40 Jouw rol Wat ga je doen? Als Marketing Automation Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige keten: van de technische (her)inrichting van (met name) HubSpot tot het strategisch en praktisch neerzetten van conversiegerichte e-mailmarketing. Je bouwt het CRM op vanaf data-import tot een werkend systeem, koppelt tools, richt automatiseringen in en zet de nieuwste AI-tools van HubSpot in. Tegelijkertijd bedenk, bouw en optimaliseer je campagnes die contacten daadwerkelijk converteren. Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit: - Opzetten en structureren van HubSpot-omgevingen, inclusief data-import, datacleaning, custom properties en pijplijninrichting. - Koppelen van externe tools aan het CRM en het bouwen van geavanceerde (proces)automatiseringen en slimme workflows. - Bedenken, ontwerpen en bouwen van krachtige e-mailcampagnes, inclusief het bedenken en opzetten van slimme lead nurture-, onboarding- en retentieflows. - Actief benutten van HubSpot AI-tools (zoals AI-assisted content en data, predictive lead scoring en geautomatiseerde analyses) om slimmere campagnes en efficiëntere processen neer te zetten. - Segmenteren van de database en personaliseren van boodschappen om de conversie en klantbetrokkenheid te maximaliseren. - Inrichten ...
