Voor een toonaangevende retailorganisatie in de Benelux zijn wij op zoek naar een Marketing Automation Specialist die customer journeys naar een hoger niveau tilt. In deze rol krijg je de kans om miljoenen klantcontacten mee vorm te geven en een directe impact te hebben op commerciële resultaten én de klantenervaring.

Als Marketing Automation Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken, bouwen en optimaliseren van geautomatiseerde klantcampagnes gedurende de volledige customer lifecycle. Je combineert data, technologie en marketing om de juiste boodschap op het juiste moment bij de juiste doelgroep te brengen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

- Ontwerpen, bouwen en optimaliseren van geautomatiseerde customer journeys via e-mail, app, web en andere digitale kanalen. - Uitwerken van gepersonaliseerde campagnes die bijdragen aan klantacquisitie, retentie, cross-selling, upselling en omzetgroei. - Segmenteren van doelgroepen en campagnes opzetten op basis van klantdata, analyses en voorspellende modellen. - Analyseren en optimaliseren van KPI's zoals conversie, engagement, retentie en Customer Lifetime Value. - Nauw samenwerken met marketing, data-analisten, category management en andere interne stakeholders om campagnes maximaal te laten renderen. - Advies geven over doelgroepstrategie, kanaalkeuzes en marketingaanpak. - Actief meedenken over innovaties binnen CRM, marketing automation en AI-toepassingen. Je bent analytisch sterk, commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van het combineren van data en marketing. Bovendien werk je graag projectmatig en hou je ervan om continu te optimaliseren.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Marketing, Bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting. - Ongeveer 3 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen CRM, lifecycle marketing of marketing automation. - Ervaring met het zelfstandig uitwerken van customer journeys en marketing automation-platformen. - Een datagedreven mindset en ervaring met het analyseren van marketingprestaties. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in jouw visie. - Een proactieve, gestructureerde en resultaatgerichte werkhouding. - Ervaring met tools zoals Adobe Experience Platform, Tableau of Google Analytics is een mooie troef.
