Klantgericht & data-driven Smart Connections Marketing Automation Specialist Als Marketing Automation Specialist in de entertainment branche, heb je de creatieve uitdaging om de ongeëvenaarde klantbeleving te vertalen naar gepersonaliseerde 1-op-1 marketingcampagnes. Je excelleert in het nauwkeurig bereiken van doelgroepen en speelt een sleutelrol bij het verbeteren van campagneprestaties. In deze rol werk je aan zowel lokale, branchegerichte communicatie als grootschalige nationale campagnes en geautomatiseerde campagneprocessen. JOUW DAGELIJKSE WERK - Je werkt nauw samen met CRM- en Campagne marketeers binnen een multidisciplinair team. - Het zorgvuldig selecteren van de juiste doelgroepen en het fungeren als het aanspreekpunt voor campagneprestaties. - Samen met het Analytics-team duik je diep in campagnedata en stel je gedetailleerde rapportages op. - Je bent voortdurend gericht op verbeteringen en staat bekend als iemand die de juiste vragen stelt en diepgaande discussies aangaat. - Je krijgt ruime vrijheid om je eigen campagne-ideeën en verbeteringen te testen en te implementeren. Als je een kans ziet, maak je deze bespreekbaar en neem je je collega's mee in je visie. - Je werkt samen met Marketing technology-teams om van jouw ideeën succesvolle campagnes te maken. Dit kan variëren van campagnes gericht op gasten die hebben deelgenomen aan bepaalde activiteiten, tot het verstrekken van persoonlijke voordelen. JIJ.. - beschikt over HBO-werk- en denkniveau. - hebt recente werkervaring in marketing automation/marketing technology. - Hebt ervaring met marketing automation-tools (ervaring met Selligent is een pluspunt). - hebt kennis van SQL en bent vertrouwd met HTML en CSS. - hebt absoluut ervaring met dataselecties. - beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel in woord als geschrift.
