Als Marketing Automation Specialist speel jij een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van onze klantcommunicatie en marketing automation . Wat ga jij doen? Als Marketing Automation Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van onze e-mail automation . Je vertaalt commerciële doelstellingen en klantinzichten naar slimme, geautomatiseerde klantreizen en zorgt ervoor dat onze communicatie relevant, persoonlijk en resultaatgericht is. Je werkt nauw samen met de Marketing Automation Consultant, Data Specialist, Customer Journey Specialist, Content Marketeer en het Designteam. De eerste periode ligt de focus op e-mail automation, waarna je meegroeit naar een bredere marketing automationrol . Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Ontwerpen, bouwen en optimaliseren van e-mail automationflows in Klaviyo. - Segmenteren en personaliseren van klantcommunicatie op basis van klantdata en gedrag. - Vertalen van commerciële doelstellingen naar relevante automationcampagnes. - Monitoren en optimaliseren van prestaties, zoals open rate, click-through rate en conversie. - Uitvoeren van A/B-testen en doorvoeren van verbeteringen op basis van data. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit, deliverability en AVG-richtlijnen. - Samenwerken met c...
