Via chat, gepersonaliseerde aanvraagstraten en voice krijgt iedere klant advies en een offerte die past bij zijn situatie. Je bouwt mee aan dit nieuwe kanaal met de nieuwste AI-modellen en werkt samen met marketing, sales en development. De functie is voor 40 uur per week met een salaris van €3.250 - €5.000 bruto per maand. Jouw bijdrage aan plan Zero - Jij bouwt mee aan autonome verkoop, van klantgesprek tot getekend contract. De agent voert het gesprek, gepersonaliseerde pagina's tonen wat past en het offertesysteem maakt het contract. Dit werkt over alle productlijnen en draait 24/7, met een accountmanager voor de uitzonderingen. - Jij maakt de klantervaring persoonlijk bij de aankoop. Je bouwt hyperpersonalisatie voor web, app, chat en voice, zodat iedere klant een eigen flow krijgt op basis van wat we van hem weten. - Jij meet, leert en optimaliseert continu. Je definieert evaluatiecriteria en kwaliteitsdrempels. Elke deal, elk gesprek en elke afwijzing voedt het systeem. - Jij slaat de brug tussen commercie en techniek. Je vertaalt commerciële doelen naar werkende pagina's, gesprekken en flows en werkt samen met Customer Acquisition & Journey en een team van data scientists, ML-engineers en developers.
