Ben jij een creatieve marketeer met een sterke pen én een passie voor communicatie? Als Marketing & Communicatie Specialist in Tielt zorg je ervoor dat campagnes, content en productlanceringen professioneel worden uitgewerkt en zichtbaar impact maken binnen een internationale omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met marketing en sales en krijgt veel ruimte om ideeën om te zetten in concrete acties.

Jouw taken?

  • Marketingstrategieën vertalen naar concrete campagnes, contentplannen en communicatieacties over verschillende kanalen heen;
  • 360° communicatiecampagnes uitwerken voor productlanceringen via social media, e-mailmarketing, website, sales tools en beurzen;
  • Sterke content creëren voor collecties, campagnes en interne communicatie, afgestemd op doelgroep, SEO en digitale zichtbaarheid;
  • Website, CMS-systemen, marketplaces en e-mailplatformen beheren en optimaliseren om bereik en prestaties te verhogen;
  • Marketingresultaten en data analyseren, rapporteren en omzetten naar gerichte verbeteracties en optimalisaties;
  • Interne communicatie en employer branding ondersteunen via onboarding, campagnes en communicatieprojecten;
  • Samenwerken met marketing, sales, externe partners en leveranciers om deadlines, budgetten en kwaliteit te bewaken.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in marketing, communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting, aangevuld met minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring;
  • Sterke vaardigheden in copywriting in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, met gevoel voor doelgroep en tone of voice;
  • Ervaring met digitale marketingkanalen, social media, e-mailmarketing, CMS-systemen, analytics en AI-tools;
  • Combineert een strategische blik met een hands-on aanpak en voelt zich comfortabel met verantwoordelijkheid en ownership;
  • Vlot in het plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van meerdere projecten tegelijk binnen een dynamische omgeving;
  • Analytisch ingesteld en in staat om marketingdata om te zetten naar concrete optimalisaties en acties;
  • Goede samenwerking met verschillende teams en externe partners, gecombineerd met een proactieve en zelfstandige werkstijl;
  • Basiskennis van grafische tools zoals Canva of Adobe vormt een extra troef.
