Bij Kids Lodge krijg je de kans om niet alleen onderzoek te doen, maar jouw ideeën ook daadwerkelijk uit te voeren. Kids Lodge biedt hoogwaardige dagopvang, BSO en verschillende aanvullende kinderactiviteiten, zoals kinderfeestjes en events. We groeien en willen steeds meer ouders in de regio bereiken én ervoor zorgen dat zij de weg naar Kids Lodge weten te vinden. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste HBO-stagiair(e) Marketing & Communicatie die samen met ons onze customer journey onder de loep neemt en onderzoekt waar we kansen laten liggen én hoe we die kunnen benutten. Jouw stage Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat meer ouders in de regio Kids Lodge kennen, enthousiast worden en uiteindelijk voor onze opvang kiezen? Dat is de centrale vraag waar jij mee aan de slag gaat. Je onderzoekt onder andere onze regionale markt, concurrenten, doelgroepen en huidige customer journey. Vervolgens vertaal je jouw inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen en krijg je de ruimte om deze ook daadwerkelijk binnen Kids Lodge uit te voeren. Jouw hoofdopdracht: van onderzoek naar resultaat Tijdens jouw stage ga je onder andere aan de slag met: Marktanalyse Je brengt de regionale kinderopvangmarkt, concurrentie en groeikansen voor onze locaties in kaart. Leadgeneratie & funnel Je onderzoekt hoe we onze opvang en kinderfeestjes beter onder de aandacht kunnen brengen en meer potentiële klanten kunnen bereiken. Customer journey & conversie Je brengt de klantreis van ouders in kaart en onderzoekt hoe we geïnteresseerde ouders beter kunnen begeleiden van eerste kennismaking tot inschrijving. Kinderfeestjes & aanvullende activiteiten Je onderzoekt hoe we kinderfeestjes en events niet alleen kunnen inzetten voor directe omzet, maar ook als kans om nieuwe ouders kennis te laten maken met Kids Lodge.
