Voor onze klant, gespecialiseerd in bouw, zijn we op zoek naar een marketing & communicatie verantwoordelijke:

Als verantwoordelijke marketing en communicatie ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze marketingstrategie en alle communicatie (zowel intern als extern)

Je ontwikkelt een doordachte marketingaanpak en werkt hiervoor heel nauw samen met ons sales team

Je zal ook de volgende verantwoordelijkheden opnemen:

  • Je zet onze commerciële noden om in sterke marketingacties en concrete campagnes;
  • Je versterkt onze marktpositie en zichtbaarheid binnen onze sector;
  • Je bouw relaties uit met potentiële relevante media en externe partners;
  • Je coördineert alle interne en externe communicatie in samenwerking met de verschillende stakeholders;
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar relevante interview- en persopportuniteiten en beheert de aanvragen die binnenkomen;
  • Je zorgt voor de nodige content op onze sociale media en website die onze expertise en onze projecten in de kijker zetten;
  • Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen sales en marketing: een geïntegreerde aanpak zorgt voor engagement langs beiden zijden;
  • Je betrekt verschillende interne stakeholders om met een eenduidige tone of voice de juiste communicatie en content (publiciteit, aankondigen, sociale media, ..) naar buiten te brengen;
  • Je waakt over onze huisstijl en eenduidigheid in communicatie;
  • Je gaat op zoek naar opportuniteiten en zet nieuwe ideeën om in concrete acties
  • Je hebt een diploma in marketing en communicatie of een andere relevante richting
  • Je beschikt over minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je hebt ervaring met digitale marketing en het uitwerken van commerciële campagne
  • SEO en SEA zijn jou ook vertrouwd
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kan goed zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands en Frans
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen, gestructureerd werken en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je combineert creativiteit met een resultaatgerichte mindset
  • Ervaring met grafische programma’s is een plus
