Je stuurt een team van zes marketingprofessionals aan: een ervaren, inhoudelijk sterke groep aan wie je richting geeft, prioriteiten stelt en tempo houdt. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige marketingplanning en -coördinatie en speel je een bepalende rol in de uitvoering. Je krijgt de ruimte om processen slimmer, efficiënter en innovatiever in te richten binnen een omgeving waar snel schakelen de norm is en waar je zaken voor elkaar krijgt. Daarbij hoort een passend arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket, inclusief leaseauto. Dit is een functie voor iemand die graag met poten in de klei staat en energie haalt uit organiseren, aanjagen en realiseren. Niet alleen bedenken wat er moet gebeuren, maar zorgen dat het ook écht gebeurt. Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een nuchtere, ondernemende retailorganisatie met korte lijnen en voelbare betrokkenheid. Hier geen eindeloze besluitvormingstrajecten, maar duidelijke keuzes en snel schakelen. De sfeer is down-to-earth en no-nonsense: er wordt hard (samen)gewerkt, praktisch gedacht en resultaatgericht gehandeld. Besluiten worden snel genomen en prioriteiten kunnen soms plotseling veranderen. Dat vraagt om flexibiliteit en veerkracht, maar biedt tegelijkertijd de ruimte om snel te schakelen en kansen te pakken. Marketing werkt nauw samen met category management, digital en de directie.
