Ben jij op zoek naar een veelzijdige functie als Marketing & Communication Officer in Sint-Katelijne-Waver? Voor een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen zoeken we een commerciële marketeer die marketing inzet als een praktisch instrument om sales te ondersteunen. In deze 3/5de of 4/5de functie krijg je de kans om internationale marketingstrategieën lokaal te vertalen naar concrete acties die rechtstreeks bijdragen aan commerciële groei.

Functieomschrijving

Als Marketing & Communication Officer ben je de schakel tussen marketing, sales, klanten en producten. Dit is geen klassieke communicatiefunctie waarbij branding of social media centraal staat. Je zet marketing actief in om commerciële opportuniteiten te creëren en bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Opzetten en uitvoeren van B2B-marketingcampagnes rond producten, sectoren en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Ondersteunen van sales bij het bereiken van nieuwe prospecten.
  • Identificeren van cross-selling- en upsellingkansen bij bestaande klanten.
  • Ontwikkelen van presentaties, productfiches, klantcases, mailings en andere commerciële marketingtools.
  • Complexe of technische productinformatie vertalen naar duidelijke klantvoordelen.
  • Ondersteunen van beurzen en evenementen, inclusief leadopvolging.
  • Verzamelen van marktinformatie en opvolgen van concurrentieontwikkelingen.
  • Monitoren van de resultaten van marketingacties, zoals leads, opportuniteiten en commerciële gesprekken.

Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande punten?

  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar relevante marketingervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een salesondersteunende marketingfunctie.
  • B2B-marketing kent voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Je hebt feeling voor productmarketing en weet technische informatie om te zetten in commerciële voordelen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opzetten en uitvoeren van commerciële campagnes.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met lead generation, cross-selling en upselling.
  • Je schrijft vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent hands-on, zelfstandig en proactief.
  • Je ziet kansen, werkt voorstellen uit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering.
