Als Marketing & Communication Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van de internationale marketingstrategie naar gerichte commerciële acties voor de Belgische markt. Je krijgt de kans om deze nieuwe functie mee vorm te geven en werkt nauw samen met het salesteam.

Wat houdt jouw takenpakket in?

  • Je ontwikkelt en voert gerichte B2B-marketingcampagnes uit om nieuwe klanten te bereiken en bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met sales en vertaalt commerciële opportuniteiten naar concrete marketingacties.
  • Je zet technische productinformatie om in heldere, aantrekkelijke communicatie die de meerwaarde voor klanten benadrukt.
  • Je creëert commercieel ondersteunend materiaal zoals productfiches, presentaties, mailings, folders en klantcases.
  • Je ondersteunt acties rond lead generation, cross-selling en upselling.
  • Je vertaalt internationale campagnes en marketingmaterialen naar de behoeften van de Belgische markt.
  • Je biedt achter de schermen ondersteuning bij de organisatie van beurzen en events.
  • Je volgt de resultaten van marketingacties op en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en ruimte voor initiatief. Je denkt niet alleen mee over nieuwe ideeën, maar steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen om deze te realiseren. Daarbij staat één doel centraal: marketing inzetten als een krachtig instrument om sales en commerciële groei te ondersteunen.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen marketing, bij voorkeur in een B2B-omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met commerciële marketingcampagnes en begrijpt hoe marketing een salesteam kan ondersteunen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met productmarketing en weet technische productinformatie te vertalen naar duidelijke commerciële boodschappen.
  • Je bent hands-on, zelfstandig en proactief. Je ziet opportuniteiten en neemt zelf initiatief om ideeën om te zetten in concrete acties.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, mondig en assertief, maar werkt steeds op een respectvolle en constructieve manier samen.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels. Frans is een mooi pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot werken met PowerPoint. Kennis van Adobe InDesign en Photoshop is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en kan zelfstandig je planning beheren.
  • Een bachelor in marketing, communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent bereid om 3/5 of 4/5 te werken, waarbij maandag een vaste werkdag is.
  • Je kan je dagelijks verplaatsen naar Sint-Katelijne-Waver, aangezien de functie volledig op kantoor wordt uitgeoefend.
