De functie Als Marketing Directeur professionaliseer, verbind en stuur je de disciplines marketing, e-commerce en artikelbeheer/productdata aan, zodat deze gezamenlijk bijdragen aan commerciële groei. Je leidt de transitie van een uitvoerende marketingafdeling naar een regievoerende afdeling die actief stuurt op omzetgroei, klantwaarde, prijsstelling en conversie. Als strategische sparringpartner voor directie en business ontwikkel en implementeer je de marketing- en digitale strategie en vertaal je marktontwikkelingen naar commerciële kansen. Je stuurt op automatisering, structuur en datagedreven werken en ontwikkelt het e-commerceplatform, de digitale klantreis, acquisitie...
