Bij Babassu zoeken we een Marketing & E-commerce Growth Manager die kansen ziet én ze weet te realiseren. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen marketing, e-commerce, retail en inkoop en zorgt dat campagnes, lanceringen en projecten niet alleen goed bedacht zijn, maar ook goed worden uitgevoerd. Kortom: jij zorgt dat ideeën concreet worden én resultaat opleveren. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag werk je aan de marketingkalender of een nieuwe online campagne, de volgende aan een productlancering, Club Babassu of een van onze bijzondere beautyprojecten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen en bewaken van onze marketingstrategie, jaarplanning en marketingkalender - Het initiëren en coördineren van campagnes en marketingprojecten , van eerste idee tot uitvoering - Het ontwikkelen van commerciële activaties rondom merken, productlanceringen, events en promoties - De verdere ontwikkeling van Club Babassu , e-mailmarketing en marketing automation - Het laten groeien en optimaliseren van onze webshop , me...
