Marketing Expert (32-40 uur) - met doorgroei naar Marketing Manager Jij wordt onze eerste fulltime marketeer en trekt marketing van A tot Z naar je toe. Je gaat het land in, naar boerenerven en bedrijfsdaken, en maakt van onze projecten sterke klantverhalen op video. Je zet online campagnes op Google, LinkedIn en Meta op en stuurt ze bij op resultaat. Daarbij gebruik je onze eigen marketing engine, met social listening en AI-contentcreatie. Jij zorgt voor de leads, ons verkoopteam maakt er klanten van. Wij zoeken een ondernemende Marketing Expert met hbo werk- en denkniveau, die binnen afzienbare tijd doorgroeit naar een leidinggevende rol. Waar ga je werken? Mooie projecten genoeg. We vertellen er alleen te weinig over. Bij PV-Projecten ontwerpen en realiseren we zonnestroominstallaties, batterijopslag, energiemanagement en laadinfrastructuur voor ondernemers en agrariërs in heel Nederland, en steeds vaker in Duitsland. Onze marketing is nu versnipperd over externe partijen en collega's die het "erbij" doen. Dat gaan we anders doen. We zoeken één persoon die marketing van A tot Z naar zich toe trekt en er vol bovenop zit. Wat ga je doen? - Samen met het management een plan maken om structureel leads te genereren, en dat plan uitvoeren. - Klantcases vastleggen: je gaat het land in, naar boerenerven en bedrijfsdaken, en maakt video's en content waarin klanten zelf aan het woord zijn. - Online campagnes op Google, LinkedIn en Meta opzetten, beheren en bijsturen op resultaat. - Nauw samenwerken met het verkoopteam: jij zorgt voor de leads, zij maken er klanten van. - Onze eigen marketing engine benutten. Die bevat social listening, AI-contentcreatie en ingebouwde intelligentie die de boodschap per doelgroep afstemt. Daarmee creatief en consistent leads genereren. - De website en social media beheren, de huisstijl bewaken en zorgen dat PV-Projecten herkenbaar zichtbaar is. - Externe bureaus aansturen waar dat nodig is.
