The posting

Ownership is embedded throughout our organization. For example, we see it as our responsibility to develop styling tools that are less damaging to your hair than traditional tools. But we are a small team, and that requires everyone to take responsibility. You work here without seniors above you: you are given direct trust and the space to do things your way. At the same time, communication lines are short, and we enjoy helping each other, brainstorming together, and asking each other for advice. You finish the job, down to the last detail, because you stand for the quality of what you deliver. In the afternoon, we often pick up lunch together, take a walk outside, and enjoy lunch as a group. On Fridays, we have a tradition of taking a longer walk and getting a delicious sandwich from a nice spot. At least once a month, we do something fun with the whole team, organized by a colleague. This could range from drinks or dinner to sports outings. As a Marketer at MAE, you are jointly responsible for devising and developing our marketing campaigns. You bring structure, improve processes, and know how to translate your marketing knowledge into increased brand awareness for MAE. You have at least 3 years of work experience in marketing, during which you were part of a marketing team, but you are looking for a smaller company where decisions are made more quickly. A place where your ideas are taken seriously and where you can use your experience to build MAE. You enjoy conceptualizing marketing campaigns and are responsible for their overview and planning. You also like to roll up your sleeves and carry out tasks such as setting up email campaigns, writing scripts, and designing static ads. You actively work on the marketing calendar and are jointly responsible for both the content and execution of campaigns, including organizing and coordinating larger advertisement shoots and events.
