Du hast Ideen im Kopf, ein Gespür für starke Kommunikation und gleichzeitig ein echtes Organisationstalent?

Bei uns gestaltest du Marketing und Kommunikation aktiv mit - von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung - und arbeitest als Assistenz eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen. So verbindest du kreatives Arbeiten mit Organisation, Koordination und einem direkten Einblick in viele Bereiche des Unternehmens.

Kurz gesagt: Wir suchen einen kreativen Kopf, der gerne gestaltet, organisiert, mitdenkt und Dinge ins Rollen bringt.

* Du gibst unserer Kommunikation eine Stimme: Du betreust unsere Kommunikationskanäle und sorgst dafür, dass unser Außenauftritt einheitlich, professionell und lebendig bleibt.

* Von der Idee bis zum fertigen Ergebnis: Du kümmerst dich um Werbemittel, Drucksorten und Kommunikationsmaterialien und begleitest deren Umsetzung.

* Du bringst Menschen zusammen: Du koordinierst Agenturen, Medien, Fotograf:innen und weitere externe Partner und hältst die Fäden zusammen.

* Auch live darf es wirken: Du begleitest die Planung und Kommunikation von Events, Aktionen und besonderen Angeboten.

* Kreativ, aber mit Überblick: Du behältst laufende Maßnahmen, Termine und Budgets im Blick und wertest den Erfolg unserer Marketingaktivitäten aus.

* Du unterstützt und vertrittst die Geschäftsführung bei operativen Tätigkeiten und behältst die Büroorganisation im Blick

Du passt gut zu uns, wenn

* Erfahrung oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

* Erfahrung mit Social Media und digitalen Marketingkanälen

* eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten

* Kreativität und Freude daran, eigene Ideen nicht nur zu haben, sondern auch umzusetzen

* eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust darauf, dort anzupacken, wo gerade etwas bewegt werden kann
