Marketing Lead 40 Onze marketing heeft twee kanten. De ene trekt opdrachtgevers aan die klant willen worden. De andere trekt aanpakkers aan die Sjouwer willen worden. Beide draaien, geen van beide draait al zoals het moet. Als Marketing Lead maak jij er een machine van: je bouwt hem zelf, je meet hem en je stuurt het team dat hem draaiend houdt. Over de rol Afgelopen vier jaar zijn we ieder jaar verdubbeld in omzet, werken we inmiddels met 1500+ Sjouwers en hebben we hubs in Utrecht, Rotterdam en Groningen. Onze blauwe teams doen het sjouwwerk achter festivals als Tomorrowland en Defqon, kantoren van Booking.com en Adyen en logistiek voor IKEA en Samsung. Dat doen we om te zorgen dat de extreem schaarse vakman gewoon weer kan doen waar hij goed in is. Wij doen de rest. De komende jaren willen we die groeilijn doortrekken met nieuwe steden, nieuwe klanten en nieuwe diensten. Daarom bouwen we ook ons commerciële team verder uit en zoeken we een Marketing Lead die energie krijgt van commerciële kansen zien, resultaat neerzetten en meegroeien met een bedrijf dat volop in ontwikkeling is. Onze marketing heeft twee kanten. De ene trekt opdrachtgevers aan die klant willen worden. De andere trekt aanpakkers aan die Sjouwer willen worden. Beide draaien, geen van beide draait al zoals het moet. Als Marketing Lead maak jij er een machine van: je bouwt hem zelf, je meet hem en je stuurt het team dat hem draaiend houdt. Dit is geen rol waarin je plannen schrijft en uitbesteedt. Je zit zelf in de campagnes, in de creatie en in de cijfers. Daarnaast ben je de aanvoerder van twee marketeers die op jou bouwen.
