Voor een toonaangevende Belgische speler en specialist in high-end delicatessen is Randstad op zoek naar een veelzijdige en initiatiefrijke Marketing & Management Assistant.

Zoek jij een dynamische duizendpootfunctie waarin je de handen uit de mouwen steekt, creatieve marketing combineert met organisatorische ondersteuning op directieniveau ? Lees dan snel verder!

  • Instelling & Skills: Je hebt een sterke drive, bent organisatorisch onderlegd, discreet (gezien de vertrouwelijke info) en werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.
  • Creatief & Commercieel: Je bent digitaal vaardig, hebt affiniteit met sociale media en e-commerce en beschikt over een goed gevoel voor beeld en contentcreatie.
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een mooie troef.
  • Achtergrond: Ervaring in een gelijkaardige gecombineerde functie, marketing of support is een plus, maar mensen met de juiste goesting, commerciele feeling en verantwoordelijkheidszin komen zeker ook in aanmerking!

Binnen deze rol verdeel je jouw tijd over twee boeiende pijlers (ongeveer 50/50) en werk je heel nauw samen met de CEO.

  • Marketing & Communicatie (± 50%):
  • Beheer Webshop & Content: Je houdt de webshop, productinformatie en acties up-to-date.
  • Content Creation: Je maakt foto's en korte video's tijdens bedrijfs- en klantenbezoeken en brengt nieuwe assortimenten aantrekkelijk in beeld voor diverse communicatiekanalen en social media.
  • Commercieel Materiaal: Je ontwerpt en werkt folders, brochures en campagnematerialen uit in lijn met de huisstijl.
  • Merkbescherming & Brainstorming: Je bewaakt de uitstraling van het merk en denkt actief mee over nieuwe ideeen om het bedrijf nog sterker op de kaart te zetten.
  • Management & Administratieve Ondersteuning (± 50%):
  • Agenda- & Reisbeheer: Je beheert de agenda van de CEO, plant afspraken in en regelt zakenreizen en hotels.
  • Meeting Support: Je bereidt vergaderingen voor en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Organisatorische Spil: Je volgt deadlines op, coordineert praktische zaken op kantoor en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij afwezigheid of drukte.
