In deze rol geef jij richting aan de marketingstrategie van twee sterke merken, stuur je een team van drie collega's aan en zorg je dat marketing zichtbaar bijdraagt aan commerciële groei. Ben jij klaar om impact te maken? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? Als Marketing Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het marketingbeleid van zowel VDL Jansen als VDL Agrotech. Er ligt een stevige basis met duidelijke doelstellingen en budgetten. Aan jou de taak om hierop voort te bouwen, kansen te signaleren en samen met je team de volgende stap te zetten. Je vertaalt commerciële ambities naar effectieve marketingactiviteiten en werkt daarbij nauw samen met sales, productmanagement, directie en externe partners. Van strategie tot uitvoering: jij zorgt dat marketing zichtbaar bijdraagt aan groei, merkbekendheid en klantbetrokkenheid. In het kort houd je je bezig met: - Het verder ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de marketingstrategie voor VDL Jansen en VDL Agrotech - Het versterken van onze merkpositie en commerciële zichtbaarheid in binnen- en buitenland - Het initiëren, coördineren en optimaliseren van online en offline marketingcampagnes - Het organiseren van beurzen, evenementen en klantactiviteiten die bijdragen aan onze commerciële doelstellingen - Het bewaken van de huisstijl, merkidentiteit en kwaliteit van alle marketing- en communicatie-uitingen - Het aansturen, coachen en verder ontwi...
