Pak de regie. Onze opdrachtgevers zoeken geen leverancier die marketingtaken uitvoert. Ze zoeken iemand die begrijpt waar ze naartoe willen, de juiste keuzes maakt en zorgt dat marketing daadwerkelijk iets oplevert. Als Marketing Manager ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je eigen groep opdrachtgevers. Je zit aan tafel bij DGA's, MT's en marketingverantwoordelijken, denkt mee over hun ambities en vertaalt die naar een marketingaanpak die werkt. Je schrijft mee aan content, denkt na over SEO, werkt aan positionering, bedenkt e-mailcampagnes en duikt in cijfers als dat nodig is. Waar specialistische kennis nodig is, haal je de juiste collega erbij. Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt het budget en stuurt op resultaat. Van het eerste strategische gesprek tot de maandelijkse rapportage: jouw opdrachtgever is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. James Robinson is een marketingbureau in (Zuid-)Limburg, met kantoor in Hulsberg. We werken op basis van langdurige partnerships met onze opdrachtgevers, niet op losse projecten. We worden afgerekend op resultaat, niet op uren. We werken voor opdrachtgevers in horeca, retail, makelaardij, automotive, zorg en lokale overheid. We geloven sterk in digitaal en online samenwerken, en zetten dat in waar het kan. Mensen werken met mensen. Daarom kiezen we bewust voor een fysiek kantoor in het hart van onze regio, waar opdrachtgevers binnenlopen wanneer dat nodig is en wij snel naar hen kunnen schakelen. Sinds onze start in 2018 zijn we sterk gegroeid. Markten verschuiven, kanalen vernieuwen, technologie versnelt, doelgroepen werken anders. Onze rollen worden specifieker, ons werk diepgaander, onze standaard hoger. - Marketing is geen kostenpost, het is een groeiversneller.
