Bij BEWI IsoBouw krijg je de ruimte om onze online zichtbaarheid verder uit te bouwen, impactvolle content te creëren en onze marketingaanpak naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Maar deze functie biedt meer dan alleen een online rol. De komende jaren ontwikkel je jezelf tot de toekomstige Marketing Manager van onze organisatie. Je leert de strategische kant van het vak kennen, werkt nauw samen met de directie en internationale collega's en bouwt mee aan de verdere groei van een innovatieve speler in de bouw- en isolatiebranche. In het begin ligt jouw focus op online zichtbaarheid, contentcreatie en digitale campagnes. Jij bouwt aan een sterke digitale aanwezigheid en vertaalt onze innovaties naar heldere, inspirerende communicatie die klanten raakt en onze marktpositie versterkt. Tegelijkertijd ga je je geleidelijk verdiepen in de werkzaamheden van onze huidige Marketing Manager. Als hij over enkele jaren met pensioen gaat, neem jij zijn strategische en coördinerende taken over en geef jij als leidinggevende een verdere invulling aan de Marketingafdeling. Je start met: - Het implementeren van een onlinestrategie om onze digitale aanwezigheid uit te bouwen. - Het beheren van onze online zichtbaarheid (website, social media, SEO/SEA) en het omzetten van data in concrete verbeterpunten. - Contentcreatie, zoals social posts, video's, blogs, klantcases en campagnes. - Het verzorgen van de interne communicatie. - Ondersteuning van de HR-afdeling ten behoeve van employer branding en vacaturecampagnes. - Sparren en synergie zoeken met marketingcollega's van andere BEWI-bedrijven (voertaal: Engels).
