Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Als Marketing Manager „Technical Foams” & „Technical Insulation” übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Vermarktung unserer technischen Lösungen. Du entwickelst marktorientierte Marketingkonzepte, begleitest Produkte von der Entwicklungsphase bis zur Markteinführung und unterstützt den Vertrieb mit professionellen Kommunikations- und Verkaufsunterlagen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, internationalen Standorten und externen Partnern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass technische Inhalte erfolgreich in marktwirksame Botschaften übersetzt werden

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten • Produktmarketing: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkonzepten für die Segmente „Technical Foams” und „Technical Insulation”. • Produktlaunches: Begleitung neuer Produkte von der Entwicklungsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung. • Marketingkampagnen: Planung und Koordination von Kampagnen, Mailings, Fotoshootings, Produktvideos und weiteren Kommunikationsmaßnahmen. • Content Management: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Katalogen, Broschüren, technischen Datenblättern, Präsentationen und Verkaufsunterlagen. • Web & Digital: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Webseiten sowie Sicherstellung aktueller und konsistenter digitaler Inhalte. • Messemanagement: Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung nationaler und internationaler Fachmessen und Events. • Marktanalyse: Beobachtung von Markttrends, Wettbewerbern und Kundenanforderungen zur Identifikation neuer Potenziale. • Team Leadership: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Marketingteams sowie Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Teamkultur. • Projektkoordination: Steuerung vielfältiger Marketingprojekte und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern. • Budget Management: Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der Marketingbudgets sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Mitteleinsatzes

Dein Profil & Stärken • Ausbildung: Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder vergleichbar. • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis im B2B-, Produkt- oder technischen Marketing. • Marketing: Erfahrung mit Produkteinführungen, Kampagnen, Content und Events. · • Digital: Kenntnisse in CMS/PIM sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office. • Kommunikation: Technische Inhalte verständlich und zielgruppengerecht vermitteln. • Arbeitsweise: Organisiert, eigeninitiativ, kreativ und koordinationsstark. • Sprachen: Sehr gutes Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch.
