Jouw rol

Als Marketing Manager bouw je mee aan onze marketingaanpak binnen een industriële, internationale context. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt nauw samen met de CEO, sales en andere interne stakeholders.

Je fungeert als brug tussen internationale business units en afdelingen en zorgt voor een consistente marketingaanpak over de organisatie heen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Meewerken aan en implementeren van de B2B-marketingstrategie in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen, inclusief het opstellen en beheren van het marketingbudget.
  • Opzetten, coördineren, opvolgen en evalueren van marketingcampagnes volgens een 360°-aanpak (online & offline) gericht op professionele doelgroepen.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van beurzen en evenementen, in samenwerking met interne teams en externe partners.
  • Ondersteunen van sales via gerichte marketingacties, leadgeneratie, sterke content en doeltreffende communicatietools.
  • Bewaken en versterken van de merkpositionering binnen een B2B- en industriële context, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
  • Samenwerken met externe marketingpartners en instaan voor een vlotte opvolging en kwaliteitsbewaking.
  • Analyseren van marketingresultaten, formuleren van optimalisatievoorstellen en rapporteren van inzichten en resultaten aan C-level.
  • Je stuurt een klein marketingteam aan en creëert een omgeving waarin creativiteit en innovatie volop worden aangemoedigd.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma én minstens 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een B2B-marketingrol.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign en Illustrator).
  • Je bent vertrouwd met CRM- en CMS-systemen (bv. Salesforce).
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een troef.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bewaart overzicht en kan vlot prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
