* Du planst, entwickelst und setzt Marketingkampagnen rund um Spieltage, Ticketing, Merchandising und Sonderprojekte eigenständig um und stellst dabei einen effizienten und wirtschaftlichen Mitteleinsatz sicher.

* Du steuerst den 360°-Marketing-Mix und übersetzt die strategische Ausrichtung in wirksame Maßnahmen und eine konsistente Markenpräsenz über alle relevanten Kanäle hinweg.

* Du konzipierst und realisierst Kreativprojekte, Shootings und Produktionen und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, Dienstleistern und Partnern.

* Du entwickelst Fan-Engagement-Maßnahmen und Erlebnisformate, die Menschen begeistern, emotional binden und die Verbindung zum Klub stärken.

* Du steuerst gemeinsam mit deinem Team das Newsletter- und Zielgruppenmarketing, analysierst relevante KPIs und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.

* Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team Marketingmaßnahmen, die Kinder und Jugendliche erreichen und für den Klub begeistern - mit dem Ziel, neue Fan-Generationen aufzubauen und langfristig zu binden.

* Du koordinierst Aufgaben und Ressourcen innerhalb des Teams, stellst eine effiziente Umsetzung der Marketingmaßnahmen sicher und behältst Termine, Budgets und Qualität im Blick.

EXPERTISE

* Du verfügst über einschlägige Erfahrung im Marketing sowie im Brand-, Event- oder Projektmanagement und hast bereits Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung eines Teams.

* Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Markenführung, Kampagnenmanagement, Storytelling und Content-Produktion und weißt, wie du diese Bereiche wirkungsvoll miteinander verbindest.

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick.

* Du überzeugst durch hohe Eigeninitiative, Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke.

* Du trittst sicher und professionell auf und kommunizierst souverän mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern.

* Du bist bereit, an Spieltagen und bei ausgewählten Veranstaltungen auch abends sowie am Wochenende im Einsatz zu sein.

* Du verfügst über fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei € 2.395,- brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
