Deine Aufgaben

* Content Creation & Content Management

- Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von zielgruppenrelevantem Content

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Content-Strategien

* Social Media Management

- Betreuung und Ausbau unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

- Redaktionsplanung sowie Performance-Analyse (KPIs)

- Aktives Community Management

* Foto- & Videoproduktion

- Konzeption, Produktion und Bearbeitung von Bild- und Videomaterial

- Erstellung von Reels, Stories und Werbevideos direkt in unseren Studios

* Grafikdesign & Printmedien

- Umsetzung von Printkampagnen

- Gestaltung von Flyern, Plakaten, Bannern und weiteren Werbemitteln

* Event- & Promotionsmanagement

- Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Promo-Aktionen und Events

- Unterstützung bei lokalen Marketingmaßnahmen zur Mitgliedergewinnung

Dein Profil

* Erste Erfahrung im Marketing, Social Media oder Content Creation von Vorteil (kein abgeschlossenes Studium erforderlich)

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (z.B. Canva, Adobe-Programme, Video-Tools, etc.)

* Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Gespür für Trends

* Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Interesse an Fitness, Gesundheit und Lifestyle

* Führerschein und Auto vorteilhaft

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung

Vollzeit (40h): 2.000 € - 2.200 € netto/Monat

Teilzeit (20h): 1.000 € - 1.200 € netto/Monat
