Du freust dich auf folgende Aufgaben

* Planung, Gestaltung und Versand unserer regelmäßigen Newsletter

* Verfassen zielgruppengerechter Newsletter - mit einem sicheren Gespür für Sprache und zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation

* Aufbau und strategische Weiterentwicklung automatisierter E-Mail-Strecken (Willkommensserien, Warenkorbabbrecher, Reaktivierung etc.)

* Zielgruppensegmentierung und personalisierte Ansprache entlang der gesamten Customer Journey

* Analyse, Interpretation und Optimierung der Kampagnen anhand relevanter KPIs (Öffnungsraten, Klicks, Conversion etc.)

* enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Content-, Grafik- und E-Commerce-Teams

* Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Newsletter-Tools

Das bringst du mit

* 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im E-Mail-Marketing und Newsletter-Management

* fundierte Kenntnisse in Marketing Automation und Customer Journeys

* Freude am Schreiben sowie ein ausgezeichnetes Gespür für Sprache und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation

* Verständnis für datengetriebenes Arbeiten und KPI-Tracking

* Gespür für Sprache, Markenkommunikation und Gestaltung

* strukturierte, eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung mit SAP Emarsys von Vorteil
