Seit über 30 Jahren entwickeln und vertreiben wir hochwertige Bio- und Neurofeedback-Systeme, die von Therapeut_innen, Kliniken und Bildungseinrichtungen eingesetzt werden. Für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Marketings suchen wir, ab sofort bzw. zum ehest möglichen Zeitpunkt, eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die strategisch denkt, strukturiert plant und gleichzeitig Freude an der praktischen Umsetzung hat. 1 Marketing Manager_in - Strategie & Umsetzung (m/w/d)

* Die Position ist zunächst mit 15-20 Wochenstunden vorgesehen.

* Ab Frühjahr 2027 ist eine Aufstockung auf ca. 25-30 Wochenstunden geplant.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du entwickelst unser Marketing gemeinsam mit Geschäftsführung und Vertrieb weiter und übernimmst Verantwortung für Planung und Umsetzung unserer Marketingaktivitäten.

* Entwicklung der Marketingstrategie und des Jahresplans inklusive Kampagnen- und Themenplanung

* Planung, Steuerung und teilweise eigene Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, insbesondere bei Leadgenerierung und vertriebsunterstützenden Maßnahmen

* Erstellung von Content, Newslettern, E-Mail-Kampagnen und Social-Media-Beiträgen

* Erstellung und Gestaltung von Marketingunterlagen, Inseraten und Einladungen

* Umsetzung von Kampagnen in Zoho Campaigns

* Betreuung bestehender Kooperationspartner und Aufbau neuer Partnerschaften

* Analyse und laufende Optimierung der Marketingaktivitäten

Das bringst du mit:

* erste fundierte Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise mit eigener Projekt- oder Themenverantwortung

* Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit Freude an der operativen Umsetzung

* Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Content, Newslettern, Social Media und Marketingunterlagen

* Gutes Gespür für Sprache, Gestaltung und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt ab € 3.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden) und wird entsprechend dem tatsächlichen Beschäftigungsausmaß aliquotiert. Bei 20 Wochenstunden entspricht dies derzeit rund € 1.558,- brutto pro Monat. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation besteht Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
