Wir sind Masterfranchisee und exklusiver Developer von Burger King in Österreich, Eigentümer der Rosenberger Autobahnraststationen und -hotels sowie Shops an Autobahnen. Zudem ist es uns ein hohes Anliegen, unsere eigenen Marken wie Coffeeshop Company international zu etablieren. The Coffeeshop Company / Rosenberger (m/w/d) Als Marketing Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung aller Marketingaktivitäten für beide Marken - national wie international. Du verstehst es, Marken strategisch aufzubauen, ihre Positionierung zu schärfen und nachhaltige Brand Equity zu entwickeln. Mit deinem Gespür für Trends, Zielgruppen und Märkte entwickelst du wirkungsvolle Maßnahmen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey - von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung am Point of Sale. Du verbindest Kreativität mit datengetriebenem Denken und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv ein, um unsere Marken erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.

Wofür du bei uns verantwortlich sind:

* Strategische Führung und Weiterentwicklung der beiden Marken in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Marketingstrategien (international, national, lokal)

* Gewinnung von Konsumenten-Insights sowie Planung und Durchführung von Marktforschungsprojekten

* Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Zielgruppendaten inkl. Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen

* Entwicklung und Launch neuer Produkte - von der Marktanalyse bis zur Implementierung in den Standorten

* Steuerung und Koordination externer Partner und Agenturen

* Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und -kontrolle

* Trendbeobachtung im Gastronomie- und Franchiseumfeld sowie Optimierung der POS-Potentiale

Das bringst du mit:

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2C-Marketing, idealerweise in Gastronomie, FMCG, Retail oder Franchise.

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni), vorzugsweise im Bereich Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft

* Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken kombiniert mit Kreativität und Umsetzungsstärke

* Sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis sowie Zahlenaffinität

* Stark in Kommunikation, Auftreten und Stakeholder-Management

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (der Tätigkeit entsprechend), weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
