De Lier Zuid-Holland Recruitment Marketing & Communicatie 32 - 40 uur HBO WO Wat ga je doen als Marketing Medewerker? - Als Marketing Medewerker werk je actief aan de online zichtbaarheid en positionering van de organisatie; - Social mediakanalen houd je actueel met sterke content, pakkende visuals en creatieve campagnes; - Blogs, video's, cases en berichten schrijf en ontwikkel je zelfstandig voor verschillende doelgroepen; - Samen met recruitment, sales en management werk je aan employer branding en commerciële groei; - Campagnes analyseer je op resultaten, waarna je direct optimalisaties doorvoert; - Nieuwe ideeën en creatieve formats breng je actief in om het merk verder te versterken; - Binnen deze functie krijg je veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief; - De werkdagen liggen tussen maandag en vrijdag van 8.00 uur tot 17.00 uur. Wat zij bieden: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.000,-, en € 4.000,- op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie; - Jaarlijks bouw je 25 vakantiedagen op en ontvang je 8% vakantiegeld; - Een uitstekende pensioenregeling waarvan de premie volledig betaald wordt; - Een laptop en iPhone van de zaak zodat jij overal goed kunt werken; - Veel vrijheid om campagnes, content en ideeën zelfstandig uit te werken; - Een enthousiast team met korte lijnen, veel ambitie en een informele werksfeer; - Volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen marketing en branding.
