Begib dich mit uns auf die Reise ins Posthotel Achenkirch - das 5* Adults Only Hotel direkt am wunderschönen Achensee inmitten des Rofan- und Karwendelgebirges. 1 Marketing Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Auf deiner Reise erwartet dich:

* Gesamtbetreuung des Marketings und Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Markenauftritts des Posthotels

* Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen über alle relevanten Kanäle - online und offline

* Website, SEO, SEA & GEO, Social Media

* Content und Bildwelt mit Koordination von Fotoshootings und Bildauswahl

* Gestaltung und Betreuung von Drucksorten, Werbemitteln, Gästeinformationen usw.

* Digitale Gästekommunikation über Guestnet, SuitePad, TV usw.

* Planung und Versand von Newslettern

* Betreuung von PR & Kooperationen

* Entwicklung kreativer Kampagnen zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit

* Analyse der Markttrends und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Agenturen

Im Gepäck hast du:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder ähnlichem

* Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder Tourismusbranche

* Kreativität und ein Gespür für Markenkommunikation

* Gute Kenntnisse in digitalen Marketing-Tools und Social Media

* Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denken

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
