The role helps set up and execute targeted communications, lead nurturing activities and map customer journeys for different Executive Education audiences. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and commercial teams, the Operations Marketeer helps ensure that CRM activities are delivered consistently across programmes, content is relevant to the target audience and campaign results are monitored and used to improve future activities. Through this work, the Operations Marketeer contributes to connecting professionals and organisations with learning opportunities that can strengthen their leadership and impact. In doing so, the role supports RSM's mission to be a force for positive change in the world. Job description In this role, you will help turn audience needs and commercial priorities into relevant CRM communications and customer journeys for Executive Education. You will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and commercial teams to set up, maintain and optimise email campaigns, lead nurturing and automated flows for different programmes and audiences. You will report directly to the Manager of the Shared Service Centre for marketing. You will use campaign results to improve targeting, timing and content, while helping to create a consistent approach to CRM across Executive Education.
