Marketing & sales automation

  • Je ontwikkelt, test en optimaliseert geautomatiseerde marketingflows (o.a. welkomstcampagnes, lead nurturing, heractivatie en seizoenscampagnes).
  • Je denkt mee over en bouwt aan relevante customer journeys die bijdragen aan klantbinding, conversie en digitale groei voor zowel BOSS paints als colora.
  • Je vertaalt klantdata naar slimme segmentaties voor gepersonaliseerde communicatie op maat van de klant.
  • Je beheert contactlijsten, opt-ins en consent in lijn met de GDPR-richtlijnen.
  • Je analyseert de prestaties van campagnes, voert A/B-testen uit en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete optimalisaties.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw van het marketing automation platform in samenwerking met IT en externe partners.
  • Je rapporteert resultaten en aanbevelingen aan de Digital Manager en denkt proactief mee over nieuwe opportuniteiten en verbeteringen.

E-mailmarketing & content

  • Je schrijft overtuigende en doelgroepgerichte content in het Nederlands en Frans en bewaakt daarbij de juiste tone of voice.
  • Je beheert de communicatie via e-mail, WhatsApp en andere digitale kanalen.
  • Je creëert eenvoudige visuele content in Canva en werkt nauw samen met andere teams voor bredere campagnes.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Marketing, Communicatie, Toegepaste Informatica of een gelijkaardige richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in e-mailmarketing en/of marketing automation.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van marketing automation, customer journeys, segmentatie, triggers en A/B-testen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met list management en deliverability en kent de GDPR-richtlijnen door en door.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en vertaalt data moeiteloos naar bruikbare inzichten en concrete acties.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten en uitvoeren van e-mailcampagnes, van concept tot analyse
  • Je schrijft vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands én Frans en weet je communicatiestijl aan te passen aan verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en vertaalt data moeiteloos naar bruikbare inzichten en concrete acties.
  • Je werkt vlot met Canva en maakt efficiënt gebruik van AI-tools zoals ChatGPT of Claude.
  • Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, hebt oog voor kwaliteit en voelt je thuis in een multidisciplinair team.
