Dan pas jij helemaal bij ons Xtra Interim team. Bij Xtra draait alles rond mensen. Wij geloven in de kracht van oprechte connecties. En jij als marketing specialist speelt daarin een sleutelrol.

Als marketing specialist / Marketeer ben je een echte allrounder. Je vertaalt ideeën naar actie en bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Van strategie tot uitvoering, jij zit er bovenop. Je werkt nauw samen met onze CEO, HR, Salesteam & Regio managers om onze zichtbaarheid en impact te vergroten.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het opzetten van conversiegerichte campagnes via social media, Google Ads, e-mail en andere online kanalen.
  • Zelf video’s maken, editen en publiceren, van employer branding tot klantverhalen.
  • Interviews afnemen met collega's, kandidaten en klanten voor toffe content.
  • Contentstrategieën uitwerken voor verschillende doelgroepen en regio’s.
  • Data analyseren via onder andere Google Analytics en deze vertalen naar concrete acties.

Samenwerken met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen om campagnes nóg effectiever te maken We zoeken iemand met goesting. Iemand die vooruit wil, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en zelf in gang schiet. Geen stille denker, maar iemand die iets ziet en er meteen iets mee doet.

Je komt spontaan met ideeën, denkt creatief maar blijft met beide voeten op de grond. Je wil impact maken, niet alleen plannen uitwerken maar ze ook écht uitvoeren. En vooral: je hebt zin om mee te bouwen aan een team en merk waar je achter staat

Jij bent iemand die:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring heeft in een brede marketingrol.
  • Ervaring heeft met contentcreatie, video, social media en digitale campagnes.
  • Werkt vanuit data, maar communiceert met gevoel.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief neemt, maar ook goed samenwerkt.
  • Graag onderweg is, contact zoekt met mensen en makkelijk connectie maakt
  • Bovenal; energie brengt, de juiste vragen stelt en mee vooruit duwt
