Votre mission

En tant que Marketing Specialist, vous serez responsable de :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales afin de soutenir leur développement.
  • Analyser le marché, identifier les segments de clientèle et détecter de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
  • Concevoir et déployer des campagnes marketing visant à renforcer la notoriété de la marque, générer des leads et fidéliser les clients.
  • Suivre les performances des actions menées et optimiser les budgets en fonction des résultats obtenus.
  • Organiser et coordonner la participation à des salons professionnels et événements clients.
  • Mettre en avant les réussites de l’entreprise à travers des témoignages clients et des projets de référence.
  • Créer des supports et contenus marketing destinés à accompagner les équipes commerciales.
  • Gérer et optimiser les différents canaux de communication digitaux.
  • Vous disposez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en marketing B2B.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement technique, industriel ou orienté gestion de projets.
  • Vous faites preuve de curiosité et aimez comprendre en profondeur les produits, les solutions et les marchés.
  • Vous possédez un excellent sens de la communication et de solides capacités relationnelles.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils digitaux et les technologies d’IA appliquées au marketing moderne.
  • Vous combinez vision stratégique et approche opérationnelle.
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément tout en restant autonome et organisé(e).
  • Vous communiquez couramment en français, néerlandais et anglais.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d’un master.
