Marketing & Communicatie Stagiair(e) Deze vacature is geldig tot 28-2-2027 Taakomschrijving Ben jij op zoek naar een veelzijdige marketingstage waarin je niet alleen meekijkt, maar ook echt zelf aan de slag gaat? Bij dit bedrijf werk je mee aan de marketing van honderden vastgoedveilingen per jaar: van woningen en bedrijfspanden tot vakantieparken, ontwikkellocaties en ander bijzonder vastgoed in binnen- en buitenland. Als Marketing & Communicatie Stagiair(e) draai je mee in de dagelijkse marketingactiviteiten, krijg je veel ruimte voor eigen ideeën én kun je werken aan een groter marketingproject dat eventueel aansluit op je afstudeeropdracht. Werkzaamheden Je werkt nauw samen met onze Marketing & Communicatie Specialist en helpt onder andere met: - het opstellen en versturen van de wekelijkse nieuwsbrief; - het maken van marketingvoorstellen voor vastgoedveilingen; - het bijhouden en verder ontwikkelen van onze socialmediakanalen (Instagram, Facebook en LinkedIn); - het opzetten en optimaliseren van online campagnes via onder andere Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn en DPG Media; - het coördineren van printadvertenties in landelijke, regionale en lokale media, in samenwerking met ons externe DTP-bureau en mediapartners; - het analyseren van campagneresultaten en bedenken van verbeteringen; - het ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende marketing- en communicatieprojecten. Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden is er veel ruimte voor een eigen project. Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en opleiding kun je bijvoorbeeld aan de slag met: Marketingautomatisering & AI Onderzoeken hoe terugkerende marketingtaken verder kunnen worden geautomatiseerd met AI en andere tools. Denk aan het automatisch opzetten van campagnes, verwerken van veilingdata en slimmer creëren van marketingcontent.
