Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een creatieve en ondernemende marketingstudent die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Wil je tijdens je stage echt meewerken aan marketingprojecten en ontdekken hoe marketing binnen een grote organisatie werkt? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Voor onze marketingafdeling bij Start People zoeken we een enthousiaste Marketing Stagiair(e) voor een periode van enkele weken of meer.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Marketing Stagiair(e) draai je mee in ons interne marketingteam en krijg je de ruimte om creatief mee te denken over campagnes, strategieën en content. Je helpt onze vacatures en Start People als werkgever in de kijker te zetten en werkt mee aan leuke offline projecten zoals events, gadgets en promomateriaal.

Zo kan je bijvoorbeeld een marketingcampagne opzetten om kandidaten warm te maken voor een jobbeurs, meedenken over een opvallende banner en zorgen dat de juiste gadgets en promomaterialen aanwezig zijn. Ook kan je een socialmediacampagne uitwerken om een vacature van een klant extra te boosten, met als doel meer potentiële kandidaten te bereiken en sollicitanten aan te trekken.

Kortom: een veelzijdige stage waarin je niet alleen leert, maar ook zelf ideeën kan lanceren en mee het verschil maakt!

  • Je bent een laatstejaars bachelorstudent, bij voorkeur in Marketing, Communicatie, Digital Marketing of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een van enkele weken of langer.
  • Je bent creatief, nieuwsgierig en denkt graag mee.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook graag binnen een team.
  • Je bent niet bang om zelf ideeën te formuleren en initiatief te nemen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook het Frans, aangezien je terechtkomt in een organisatie die zowel in Vlaanderen als Wallonië actief is.
