Die Vorarlberger Kulturhäuser-Betriebsgesellschaft mbH vereint drei wesentliche Kulturinstitutionen des Landes - das vorarlberg museum, das Vorarlberger Landestheater und das Kunsthaus Bregenz.

Wir suchen ab sofort für das Vorarlberger Landestheater eine theaterbegeisterte, teamorientierte und

kommunikative Persönlichkeit für 1 Marketing und Kommunikation - Teilzeit 80%* Zu Ihren Kernaufgaben gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:

· Umsetzung der Marketing-/Kommunikationsstrategie

· Redaktion, Produktion und Distribution von Drucksorten

· Koordination und Erstellung von PR-Beiträgen

· Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partner:innen, Dienstleister: innen und Agenturen

· Pflege von digitalen Kommunikationskanälen

· Mitorganisation von Marketingevents und Sponsorenveranstaltungen

· Allgemeine Büro- und Kommunikationsaufgaben inklusive Datenbankpflege

Was Sie mitbringen:

Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung in Marketing/PR oder

mehrjährige Kultur- bzw. Theatererfahrung. Kenntnisse in

CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud/InDesign oder Canva sind von

Vorteil. Sie arbeiten selbständig und flexibel, sind kreativ,

sozial kompetent und kommunikationsstark. Sie begeistern

sich für Schauspiel und Theater, treten souverän auf, verstehen

den Theateralltag und arbeiten gerne zu theaterüblichen

Zeiten.

Unser Unternehmen unterliegt keinem Kollektivvertrag. Das jährliche Mindestentgelt für die Position beträgt

EUR 44.800,00 (bei Vollbeschäftigung). Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt, abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
